HORRIBLE

Shane Wood's work was unsatisfactory, and he is horribly arrogant. He and his office were so unpleasant, I regret using his service. I cannot believe I paid A LOT of money for painful dentistry, and I also had to endure rudeness from him and his staff. He has obviously forgotten that those who go to him are, above all else, customers...and he knows nothing of customer service. I could not possibly recommend.
